As Singapore's international visitor arrivals show a strong recovery and positive outlook for global tourism, the Infocomm Media Development Authority IMDA in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board STB, has launched an Industry Digital Plan specifically tlored to this sector. Enhancing Digital Strategies: The IDP offers through the 'Attractions Technology Roadmap,' which provides detled insights into adopting specific technologies and solutions mentioned in the plan. This roadmap highlights key features of each technology, real-world use cases, benefits, implementation considerations, and lessons learned from pioneering attractions.
Empowering Workforce with Skills: The plan also includes a digital skills trning roadmap to equip employees with necessary digital tools knowledge and change management skills through accessible trning programs tlored to their needs. This ensures that businesses not only adopt new technologies but also effectively integrate them into operations.
Navigating the Digital Transformation Journey
To support attractions in embracing technology, IMDA provides CTO-as-a-Service CTOaaS, a one-stop platform for digital health checks and grant-supported access to market-proven solutions.
